The GRIT Academy is a private academic sports institution that redefines the student-athlete experience. By splitting the day 50/50 between athletic development and modernized learning, we eliminate the low enthusiasm and ‘burnout’ of the traditional school day. We provide elementary-aged athletes with the elite training they crave and the academic rigor they need, all within a structured environment that prizes character over everything else.
The Facility
We’re conveniently located within 20 minutes of London, St.Mary’s, Exeter, and Komoka at the Lucan Memorial Community Centre.
Our facility includes a large dedicated Classroom space, full-sized ice pad, gymnasium, fitness centre, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, climbers, and additional green space. Our students have daily access to all of these amenities.

Education That Works for the Student
We use self-paced education that adapts to the pace and learning style our students need to succeed. We follow age-appropriate Provincial Curriculum in an interactive classroom setting with a full-time educator on site. Parents can see how their child is progressing in any subject at any time with just the click of a button. Our kids learn more quickly with higher retention which leaves more time for movement and exploration.
